Terms & Conditions

♦ Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched on the following day you placed an order unless you select specific date. Orders will be delivered between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Some items may require a longer turn-around.
All our perishable products are sent to you fresh and securely packed to arrive the following day – as such we are able to deliver Auckland wide. Some part of Auckland may not be delivered.

  • Your order will be arrive any time between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on your delivery day.
  • We deliver only when you buy over $60 and there is no charge for delivery.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day.
  • Specify your status if you may be out when your package arrives and leave details of where it should be left. This could be an alternative house number, or in a safe place on your property such as in your garage or porch.
  • Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame.
  • Please note that delivery dates may be affected by public or Bank holidays.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by New Zealand law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. 


A Contract between the customer and Terra Food Service Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, at which point the buyers pay for the value of the goods. This does not affect the customer statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

♦ Cancelling an Order

Due to the perishable nature of some of the products Uchef.co.nz will accept any cancelled orders prior to the goods being dispatched from the bakery. You can cancel your order only before the delivery starts. (Before 9:00 am of your deliver date) If you would like to discuss a cancellation please contact us at [email protected] quoting your Name, Order Reference Number and the date of your order. 

You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.

♦ Damages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the damage to us within 24 hours and send photographic evidence of the damage within 3 working days if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. The Seller will not take back any undamaged goods from the Buyer unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

♦ Payment and Taxes

We accept only account transfer when you pay via online and pay by cash. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in New Zealand Dollar and where appropriate are inclusive of NZ sales tax (GST) at the current rate.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press.
