Ojingeo Bokkeum is a spicy stir fry Koran cuisine made with squid. Typically it is eaten with rice or sometimes good match with Korean thin wheat flour noodles (Somyeon)

  • Sliced squid
  • Onion, cabbage , carrot
  • Chili pepper, spriong onion
  • Hot magic sauce

Korean Spicy Stir-fried Squid  (Ojing-eo Bokkeum)

  1. Preheat pan with oil and stir fry the vegetables in a quick pace for 2 minutes. 
  2. Add in the squid and stir fry until half cooked. Then add in the prepared sauce and stir fry until cooked. 


Food Storage Guide

1.The Korean Hang Over soup and Yukgaejang can be in a Freezer if you need to keep it longer period.

2.Meats or seafood in the packages can be stored in a freezer unless it is being consumed on the day delivered.

3.The rest of the contents can be kept in a fridge up to a week or longer.
